Rohen Kapur

Rohen Kapur was born in Coventry in Warwickshire, moving with his family shortly thereafter to South Yorkshire. Rohen grew up in South Yorkshire and attended Hill House Preparatory School in Doncaster , and after common entrance exams went to Birkdale School in Sheffield. Back then the school only went up to 16 so Rohen did his A-levels at Queen Elizabeth Grammar school in Wakefield ( which has one notable Alumnus called Mike Tindall) whereupon he left in 1988 to pursue a career in Medicine, at Dundee University. He participated in one of the Medics Revues , Thorassic Park and then got lost in the career jungle eventually ending up as a psychiatrist. Psychiatry however had not been kind to Rohen so after leaving that sphere he got his acting hat back on and took on a makeup and small part in the Short film Broken Wings also taking the photograph that you see as the main poster of the film when the nightclub and Jacuzzi portions of the film were shot at a nightclub just off Old Street. Rohen is now looking to perform in feature films and selected commercials. He feels that his psychiatry experience will stand him in good stead in this. He has extensively worked in different areas of England and can bring his regional knowledge to bear in his accents and regional variations for language.
