Jay Arora

Jay Arora is an American actor and film director who started his journey at a very young age in theater. He was born on April 27, 1990 and started his acting career at the age of seven in several international theater festivals. Born and raised in a business family, Jay developed a lot of marketing skills while pursuing his passion in the entertainment industry simultaneously. By the time Jay reached high school, he started directing plays and musicals and won several awards for the same. Jay attended the State University of New York at Binghamton and decided to double major in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Cinema to diversity his skill set while maintaining his interest of film making and theater. As a student in college Jay directed and acted in several short films and attended numerous film festivals. He gained attention in his junior year when the college and local newspapers started publishing his work and the news channels started interviewing him for his success in film making. Soon after his graduation, Jay established an Independent Film Production House known as ARP FILMS (based in New York, NY) that aims at creating feature films, TV shows, TV commercials and event/corporate media coverage. In the company's first year he launched a television series 'State of Mind' that was later seen at the New York Television Festival following which were two short films 'Aisles' & 'Aisles 2'. After gaining success in his films, Arora decided to make a unique decision to launch an online entertainment platform for the computer/smart-phone generation and introduced a comedy mini-series 'Pink Pajamas Blue Pajamas' as well as an educational documentary series 'Fun Facts Friday' for the kids to gain knowledge through the help of visuals and interactive animations. At this time, the company also released several TV commercials for businesses in New York and California along with introducing a new genre of wedding feature films for selected clients. His recent projects include a Bollywood feature film and music videos with American artists while the company continues to produce remarkable films and television media content that is winning the hearts of millions of its viewers.
