Edison Skinner is a Canadian actor who was born in a small town called Trenton, Nova Scotia.
His first acting role was as one of the kids in the play, "Trenton On Stage", which played at the DeCoste Centre in Pictou, NS. He was 11 years old.
Edison studied Journalism and Theatre at the University of King's College in Halifax, NS. While in university, Edison was an active member of the King's Theatrical Society, performing in many plays. Highlights include Woody Allen's "God", "The Rivals" and an adaptation of "Frankenstein".
Since then, Edison has worked in professional theatre across Canada and performed his one-man show, "It Does" in New York City.
He lives now in Toronto, ON and is continuing to work in independent film and theatre.
