Gareth Burghes

Born and raised in Columbus Ohio, Gareth found his love of the outdoors at a young age. Similarly Gareth held a keen fascination in the sciences. After high school he moved out of Ohio to study marine science at Stony Brook University on Long Island. In his time there picked up a second major of theater arts and also studied abroad in New Zealand for six months. Upon graduating from Stony Brook he's pursued the goal of merging his diverse interests with documentary filmmaking.
