Alex Robertson

Alex was born and bred in the West Country city of Plymouth and has a TV Production degree at Southampton Solent University on the south coast of England. After being inspired by the idea of enhancing his skills in the industry to excel his chances of a good job, he set out to produce, direct and occasionally act in his own feature films, as well as those of people he knew. After studying Media Production in college, he wanted to take it to the next level, by studying it at University and make his own productions alongside his studies. Working in nearly every aspect at one time or another, including as a director/lighting gaffer/camera/writer and producer, as well as dealing with marketing roles such as graphic design for posters and DVD box art. Outside of working on film sets, Alex is also a successful radio presenter/DJ in his own right, having scored over 4500 listeners in his first station, Spitfire FM and has proven a hit at local student radio station, Radio Sonar, becoming a well-known and liked personality. He is always working on mew screenplays and ideas for new material whenever he has free time. He has now moved to live in Hampshire, but is working effortlessly in a range of different areas in the film and TV industry.
