Gary Gressel

Born in Columbus, Indiana (USA), Gary was never on or behind a stage. While attending graduate school at Ball State University, he found enjoyment in using video editing equipment to create short segments of still photos and video clips. After moving to the Kansas City metro area, he continued his exploration into video editing. In the early 2000's he purchased and began using several remotely controlled cameras to record live events, including theatrical productions at St. Paul' UMC in Lenexa, Kansas, and live performances of the nationally awarded radio comedy show, Right Between The Ears. He operated all cameras via remote control while using a video editor to record to a single video tape. Many of the sketches he produced for the radio show are still featured on the show's website and on YouTube. Today, Gary continues to create short videos with various cameras and desktop editing equipment. He also is exploring in front of the camera with the mass media site, Beckinfield. He lives in the Kansas City area with his wife Jeanel, and works full time as an internal web site application architect and developer.
