Russ Neibert

Russ Neibert is a Talent Manager, Producer of Film & Music and a Lyricist. Starting off in the entertainment industry as the manager of his child actor son, Matthew Jacob Wayne, Russ realized his knack for dealing with people, within the industry and innate ability to make friends and create viable business relationships with many different types of people and in many different areas in the entertainment industry. Russ, as a manager for his own son, began to create relationships with casting directors, producers, directors and other actors, as well as writers. In 2012, Russ started his company, AA&M Promotions, which started out as a public relations company, catering to up and coming young actors in the business. Over the last several years, AA&M Promotions, through its many connections and network of related entertainment industry businesses and people has evolved into more of a Talent Management company and production company. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Russ moved to Los Angeles in the summer of 1972 as a teenager. Always enamored with the entertainment industry, especially as a young music lover and lyricist, never in a million years did Russ think he'd be so blessed to have met so many wonderful entertainment industry professionals and be working with them on so many wonderful projects. Having spent many years as a business owner and also in the corporate world, as a National Sales Manager and a Territory Account Manager, for companies like Motorola, Russ brings his integrity, honesty, passion for creating and love of people to the entertainment industry as a respected, likable, trusted and sought after manager and publicist, as well as music and film producer, to help others with passion for the entertainment industry pursue their dreams and "make things happen"! A single dad, to his actor son, and also having raised his two older sons as a single dad, Russ is now the very proud grandfather to two beautiful grandchildren, one boy and one girl. Russ is enjoying every second of his time here in the entertainment industry, feeling "more than blessed and lucky", to have met many industry professionals that are not only actors, but directors and producers, some of whom he was a fan of for many years, never in a million years imagining that one day he'd be working with them, on films, on music, or just being friends.
