Terrance Mulloy

Terrance Mulloy is a screenwriter based in Brisbane, Australia. He was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1973 and relocated down-under with his family when he was eighteen months old, growing up on the sunny shores of Sydney's Bondi Beach. Obsessed with movies, books, video games, comics, and pop culture from an early age, he spent much of his childhood writing his own short stories while devouring as many science-fiction and horror movies as humanly possible. In 1989 his family moved north to Brisbane, Queensland, where he went on to study Graphic Design and Animation. In 2001 he was awarded a full scholarship from the Queensland Government to study 3D Animation at Qantm College. Since graduating he worked in a variety of creative industries, such as advertising, digital media, and web design. In early 2006, after years of reading novels and screenplays, Terrance caught the writing bug, making a life-altering decision to turn down a job offer with a major video game company in order to pursue his love of storytelling. Fast forward several years later - apart from a number of film projects in various stages of development, his first spec sale, "Priority Run", was acquired late 2012 by Arclight Films and is currently in pre-production. He has also written and developed screenplays for a variety of production companies and studios in Australia, Asia, and the U.S.
