Edie Hovey

Edie Hovey began participating in acting competitions as a teen and won Top Ten awards for her division. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career full-time, studying in drama with various coaches as well as comedy at The Groundlings. Edie is most recognized for her work with Spike Jonze in The New Normal, and her lead role in the multi-award winning short, Steven Spielberg and the Return to Film School. After working on several shorts, features, and pilots, Edie got involved with the art of screenwriting. She now works in both acting and screenwriting.
