Amber Payne

Amber was born in Owensboro, KY. She has two sisters, one younger and one older, as well as a half brother. She earned several degrees including an Associates of Arts, a Bachelor of Social Work , and a Master in Social Social. She has held social service jobs as well as working in the field of cosmetology. She owns and operates a case management agency in the town of Owensboro. She has four children.
