Jimmy Hutton

Jimmy Hutton was born in Hollywood, California. He is the only child of Martha and Jim Hutton, Canadian / American respectively. His mother worked as an R.N. at a Los Angeles area hospital, while his father worked at the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation. Jim also worked as an actor, model, and comedian with the popular comedy duo East Meets West. Sadly, Jim passed away at the young age of forty seven when Jimmy was three years old. Martha remarried several years later. Growing up in a house designed by the world famous architect John Lautner left an indelible mark on Jimmy which continues to influence the way he views both shape and form. An avid musician, he has a wide variety of interests ranging from film to music. Jimmy holds two Associate's Degrees from Los Angeles City College, one in Film Production, another in Liberal Arts. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Screenwriting from Cal State Northridge, where he graduated with Honors. He has worked in the film industry for several years in a variety of jobs ranging from Grip to Director. Jimmy continues to live in the Beachwood Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills.
