Tofiq Rzayev

Tofic Rzayev was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. Tofic started studying films at the age of 12, back when he got his first Panasonic PV-GS9 video camera. At age 13, he stopped making short films. In May 2010, he got a Canon 550D that brought him back to his original roots. Tofic's dream always has been having one of his films premier at the Sundance film festival ever since he got his first camera back in 2006.He held back every time,waiting for the right moment and the right project to submit.
