Biography

Caroline was born in West Yorkshire, England, in 1986 to loving parents who were enablers of her addiction to the dressing up box. From an early age she showed a passion for the arts, with a flair early on for performing on stage and singing. Music was a large part of her upbringing, quickly working her way through grades on the clarinet and going on to join the City of Leeds Youth Orchestra during her teen years; which took her various European tours, later going on to learn Alto and Tenor Saxophone and playing the Ukulele for fun. 2010 saw her professional stage debut in the West End of London, performing in a variety show at The Criterion Theatre. Going on to perform in numerous musical theatre and stage plays as well as taking on very varied indie film roles covering everything from naughty nun to social justice warrior! Trained by Colin Skipp of the famed and long running UK radio soap 'The Archers', Caroline is well versed and adaptable at radio and voiceover work. She is trained in combat for screen and stage in various weaponry (via The APC) such as rapier and dagger, single sword, staff, knife, and unarmed. Dance training ranges from period dance all the way through to more modern Broadway style dance, and some partnered dance styles. Always keen to learn new skills, Caroline is an adaptable actor who enjoys working in collaboration with directors, always bringing the element of truth and grounding to characters through her connection with the teachings of Sanford Meisner.
