Victoria Dicu is a Romanian film and theater actress.She was born on September 23 1981 in Galati, Romania. She graduated from Faculty of Arts Galati in 2006.In 2013, she plays first role in the movie Carmen .Known for works in films Mama Anna (2021), America (2021). Play on the stage of theater National "Ion Luca Caragiale" in Bucuresti.
