Darone Okolie was born in Washington, DC. In 2018 Darone first stream of work began as BAM on CW's Black Lightning. He later worked on Queen Sugar on The Oprah Winfrey Network. He visited LA in 2019 for his birthday and landed his role as Tre Houston on CBS series NCIS: Los Angeles. A month later he landed his role as Pharoahe Monch in Hulu's Original series Wu-Tang American Saga. A month after HBO offered Darone a recurring role as LARRY JOHNSON in The Untitled Lakers Project as Magic Johnsons older brother.
