Bernardo De Urquidi

Born in Monterrey, Mexico. He's a member of a large family (three brothers and two sisters). Studied two years in the seminar to become a Catholic priest, he dropped out when he lost his faith in god. He then studied two years of Mechanical Engineering, he dropped out when he saw no fulfillment in his engineering career. At the age of 19 he moved to Mexico City where he founded the production company Veritas Films and directed his first film "2Xuno" which won a couple independent film festivals, he then Directed his first documentary feature films "A man called Bronco", project than bankrupted the company. In 2015 he founded a New production company Kaptura Projects where he directed the pilot for the web series "excapes.tv" and worked as executive producer for the first season of the series and for "Se trata de ti" a feature film about human trafficking.
