A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Amber Lutz Kent made her acting debut in the 2012 short "CiviliTEA" which she co-wrote with her husband, Joey Kent. For her role as Alice Bunker, Amber took home the Best Actress award at the 2012 Roswell International Sci-Fi Film Festival & Comic Con in Roswell, New Mexico, and Best Actress (all categories) at the 2012 California Film Awards. So far in 2013, Amber has starred in the short film "Simon Says" as columnist Betty Robinson, in the short film "First Date" as Annie, in the short film "Bushrod" as Jewel Kessler, and in the short sci-fi film "Alterum" in the dual role of Captain Marti and her alien counterpart, The Guardian. She will go to work in the fall on her first feature film, The Olive Branch, in the role of Amanda Steele.
