Irene Garcés

Irene Garcés (Almería, Spain - 1988). She holds a Master's Degree in Film Director and Production from the Escuela Superior de Cine y Audiovisuales de Cataluña (ESCAC) and a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Seville. She is a screenwriter and director. Her short film "Hubo un lugar", was selected among the best master projects to be performed by ESCAC Films. Her short films have been selected in more than two hundred and forty international festivals and have won more than sixty awards.
