Kris Van de Sande

Kris Van de Sande has been fascinated by photography and film since discovering a worn-out VHS copy of The Empire Strikes Back at the age of five. Not much later he started creating his own small films. Many years later, he became a freelance camera operator for local media and an editor-director for commercial videos. While working in the video realm, Kris discovered a passion for still photography. This became his next big breakthrough when he started shooting pictures in August 2010 for a selection of Belgian national newspapers and magazines. In addition to his in-demand freelance photography work, he continues to work on his own independent film projects.
