Beatrice Sniper

Beatrice Sniper is an artist based in New York. During her sophomore year at the School Of Visual Arts (SVA), she took a chance at taking an elective class called "Intro to Makeup for Film", and was hooked. "I realized I was capable to take my artwork to the next level," she says. From painting and sculpting to prosthetic work, air brushing, and many other skills at the tips of her fingers, she has become a one-woman force to be reckoned with! After her time at SVA, Sniper branched out, doing freelance work as a special effects and makeup artist. She quickly became a well sought after artist for many projects, with her ability to bring many people's dreams to life! From mystical or horrific characters to elaborate scenes calling for a keen eye for intricate details and expert knowledge the human anatomy to stretch said scenes beyond what is possible in the real world! Inspired by hundreds of artists before her, Sniper has found herself creating in a unique blend of styles and mediums throughout her artistic career.
