Rachel Julia Rice

Rachel Julia Rice is a costumer and prop fabricator working on such art-related projects as the set decorations for the Oscars Awards Show and prop-fabrication on Super Fan Builds. She was born and raised in Saugus, CA. After moving around later in life, Rachel moved to Burbank, CA, where she began her career in film and TV as a seamstress and prop fabricator.
