Carmiel Banasky

Carmiel Banasky is a TV writer and novelist. She was recently a staff writer on Amazon's "Undone," Season 2. She is the author of the novel, The Suicide of Claire Bishop, which Publishers Weekly calls "an intellectual tour de force." Her fiction and non-fiction has appeared in The Guardian, Glimmer Train, LA Review of Books, Guernica, The Rumpus, and on NPR, among other places. She spent four years on the road at writing fellowships, including a month on a ship in the Arctic, studying and writing about climate change. She is from Portland, Oregon.
