Mark Rowe

Mark Rowe is an American actor who was born on March 15, 1968 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is the son of Eddie Rowe, a cookie salesman and Janet Rowe, a folder at a hosiery mill. He moved to Knoxville, Tennessee with his family when he was 8 years old and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Tennessee in Graphic Design and Theatre Performance.
