Rich Van Tine is an American screenwriter, director, producer, and actor residing in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Wappingers Falls, New York, Rich became passionate about filmmaking while attending Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, New York. After earning an Associate's degree in Communications & Media Arts, he attended Hunter College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film. During his attendance at Hunter, he wrote his first feature-length screenplay, entitled "Z Day", and co-produced it in 2010. In 2011, Rich wrote a short screenplay entitled "Aaron," making his directorial debut. Rich attends the American Film Institute in Los Angeles, California, working on his Master of Fine Arts degree in Screenwriting.
