Sam Cook

Sam Cook was born on the seventeenth of February, 1995 to father Rick Cook, and mother Joanne Cook. Sam is the youngest of three, both siblings being sisters. He spent the first four years of his life in Picton Ontario before moving to the Chatham-Kent area, where he resides. He has worked on many of his own short films, including a half an hour long documentary on teen suicide and depression. He plans to attend film school in the fall of 2013.
