David Christopher is an energetic and dynamic Canadian performer with extensive experience in both theatre and film. In 2002, he was a founding member of the Victoria Shakespeare Society. In 2011, following the completion of his Master's Degree in Theatre History, he spearheaded the creation of KeepItSimple Theatre Productions and the History through Drama Series in which he maintains his capacities as co-owner, artistic director, and producer. David also holds a TESL Canada recognized Diploma in TESL, a Diploma in Broadcasting, a BA in Economics, and an Honours BA in English. David has done extensive work in linguistics and pedagogy, and began his MA/PhD in Film and Cultural Studies in 2012. His critical work includes publication of his Theatre History research in the U.K.'s Theatre Notebook in 2011. David has been a culture correspondent for the University of Victoria periodical The Martlet since 2010. David does all of this while raising his seven children with wife Marianne on a student budget in beautiful Victoria. BC.
