Helena Gouros is a native Australian from Greek heritage. Starting her career as a dancer, she worked nationally on stage, theatre, television and in commercials. Transitioning to the US to pursue her acting career. A writer, gardener and producer, Helena is a ardent advocate of the environment and wildlife. Founder of The Urban Garden Companion, a multi media story telling platform, inspiring others to live a greener life.
