Born Frederick William Maas in Hackensack New Jersey. His father Fred is German and Native American (Narragansett) and his mother Ivy is Sicilian. He has four brothers and a sister. Married to Debra Amodea Maas and has a son Dante Giovanni He has been playing Mob Boss Johnny Scudato in the Off Broadway show Murdered By The Mob in NYC since 2000.
