David Imy

David "Big Dave" Alan Imy was born of Kenneth David Imy and Mary Collmer Imy in Texas. He took an immediate interest in weather, keeping one in on the sky before he was even able to walk. As soon as he could climb, he did, and would wander on his childhood home's roof to observe and learn from the skies. He has followed this passion his entire life, he earned a science degree from Texas A & M University and practiced his science for over thirty years within the Federal Government as a Meteorologist, before starting his own consultation company. He has become an internationally known and respected meteorologist, often called upon for his expertise in severe weather and other atmospheric conditions and phenomena.
