Danny Saratino (born June 12, 1981) is an American film director, actor, screenwriter, and producer of Korean, German, Irish, English, and Native American descent. He first made his debut as an extra in Timo Descamps' music video More (2012). He is better known for creating (story), starring, and executive produced his first short-horror film Black Friday (2013), which is on YouTube. In 2014, his feature horror screenplay, Black Friday, with Dan Hoger, placed in the "Semi-Finals" of the FilmMakers International Screenwriting Awards by FilmMakers.com and ScreamCraft Horror Script Contest by ScreenCraft. During the Fall of 2017, with a relatively low-budget, Danny decided to select an excerpt from the script and film a (Concept Teaser Trailer) for the feature horror screenplay, Black Friday, then upload it on YouTube and see the public's reaction. As of 2019, the concept teaser trailer has amassed over 1.1 million worldwide views and a complete (revised) script, with Dan Hoger and Shannon Smith, ready to pitch.
