Biography

Erica L. Frost was born in August of 1986, in New York, NY. Her main passion in life is music, becoming a prodigy of Hip-Hop by the age of 16. The following year, at 17 years of age, Frost left New York, to flee her traumatic & troubled home-life, for South Parkdale, Toronto. Her first radio play came at 16 yrs old, when friction occurred between herself and the host / rapper of the mixtape she had done a track for. Whilst in Toronto for 2.5 years, Frost returned to New York by the age of 19, determined to battle her demons. Frost took time off from music to explore different career paths in the entertainment industry. She wanted to expand her credentials of Lyricist / Hip-Hop Artist & Model. Her additional credits: screenwriter, producer, executive producer, Actress, special effects make up, to casting associate for VH1 network. Best known for casting associate for "Rehab with Dr. Drew" (2012)(season 6) and for writing, producing and starring in the psychological thriller, "Conclusion"(2013). After bouncing around for many years, Frost has returned to her first love, Hip-hop. After many mixtape appearances, and her own mixtape "Made In New York", Frost is aiming high with the highly anticipated studio album "Art of Pain EP", set for release in August of 2017. Frost is also a fierce activist and a proud participate in the.#BlackLivesMatter movement. Being bisexual herself, she also fights for LGBTQ rights, along with #NoDAPL at Standing Rock.
