Nadia is from San Diego, California and raised by Maria Garcia and James Sanders. Nadia's father named her after a Olympian gold medalist gymnast in which the name means "HOPE".
The spark of performing began when Nadia defeated her father for the first time on the track, which led to Metro and State Championship titles. Vigorous training, commitment, discipline and focus shaped her character and confidence with the guidance and mentor-ship of the late Olympian gold medalist Florence Griffith Joyner
A prime athletic star, off the track Nadia's mother kept her secret for the arts. While attending a semester in college she participated in plays, and made auditioning trips to Los Angles. Continuous encouragement by her mother, as fate would have it, she did and subsequently appeared in commercials such as E! "What's Eating You" and played a role in the movie Cry Wolf (2014)
