Roseller Kempis is an actor born in Lopez, Quezon Province Philippines . He started as fan of famous filipina Singer/Actress Sarah Geronimo. He is the founder of the very first Fan Club of Sarah Geronimo named "Sarahnian Club Organization". Also the creator of "NEILCOLETSGROUP" a fan club of Neil Coleta (Filipino Actor). Now he became Actor and member of FILM DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF THE PHILIPPINES FDCP (NATIONAL REGISTRY) known in Dose Trese katorse, Hardinero, SawSaw & Pira-Piraso.
