Jodie Nichols

Jodie Nichols was born in Edmonton, Alberta Canada to Stuart Nichols, a telephone repair man and farmer and Florence Nichols, a stay at home mother and farmer. Jodie grew up on her family's grain farm in Northern Alberta near the hamlet of Lavoy. She has three older brothers and attended school in the town of Vegreville. After school she spent a year living in France as an Au Pair to a family with three children. Jodie also attended the University of Calgary during which she started the entertainment company Impetus Magic and performed as a magician while pursing her degree. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a Major in Drama. She then left Impetus Magic and moved to Vancouver, Canada to pursue film and television but still performs on stage; most recently Jodie starred as Brenda in the one woman show: Z*O*M*G.
