Brent Paxton

Brent Paxton spent much of his youth in Latin America before moving back to his family's roots in Texas. A Los Angeles resident, Brent has worked in the entertainment industry since the early 2000s. His entry into the industry began when he was hired at Rave Motion Pictures as an intern where he worked his way up to the Director of Marketing where he oversaw marketing efforts in cinemas across the United States. While at Rave Motion Pictures, renamed Rave Cinemas, the company was acquired by a private equity firm and later sold to Cinemark. At that time, Brent turned down a job at the newly merged company to return to school for his Masters in Business Administration. After studying for his master's degree, Brent began work in talent representation for talent in film, television, and new media. As a talent representative, Brent regularly books actors on the most-watched and critically acclaimed television programs and films airing/streaming today. In the last few years, Brent has been taking on literary clients and most recently sold a feature film in development at Netflix. Brent is an active member of the Los Angeles community participating in educational programs for entertainment professionals. Brent has lived in the Venice, Hollywood, and Los Feliz neighborhoods of Los Angeles. He now resides in the Pacific Palisades and has a home in Quito, Ecuador, and Mexico City.
