Lloyd James

Lloyd James is an English writer, director and actor born and raised in Derby, UK. Lloyd was very interested in drama as a child but it was only when he reached his 30's he became serious about directing, writing and acting. Lloyd has over 12 years experience in independent film making and was featured in the BBC current affairs programme 'Inside Out' in 2007, when they covered a story about how independent film makers use the Internet. Lloyd attended the Derby Academy of Acting where he studied the Stanislavski system of acting. He is a skilled cinematographer. He is married to Louise James and together they run Open Image Films. They have 2 daughters.
