Cecilia Quinan

Cecilia Quinan is an American-Ecuadorian actor and producer. Cecilia was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Immigrated to the United States at the age of one to Massachusetts. Studied and trained in martial arts at the Beijing Sport University in Beijing, China. She is known for her role as DCF Supervisor for The Florida Project which received critical acclaim upon release. ,.
