Kareem Rawls

Born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio, Kareem is the only boy out of eight children. He was raised in a musical family. His father played many instruments. Kareem attended Mansfield Senior High School in Mansfield, Ohio. There, he received his certificate in Drafting/AutoCad. In 1999 he took a different direction when he became a state officer for Richland Correctional. While there, Kareem attended North Central State College. Eventually Kareem moved to Columbus, Ohio where he now works for Amedeus Pictures with his good friend Ronnie Banerjee. Kareem is also skilled in playing the trumpet, guitar, and drums. He is also an avid poet. He showed love for classical music and jazz at a young age. Kareem continues to hone his craft in music, art, and poetry. With cinema on the horizon Kareem has yet to peak.
