Born in Argentina, Roberto attended the Cinema art school of the city of Avellaneda between 1980 and 1983 and works in the Argentinean Cinematographic Industry as Director Assistant in length-shot productions between 1981 and 1987 and as director and producer; he achieved more than 50 video clips for EMI Argentina, between 1984 and 1992 before he moves to Chile where he lives currently.
Since 1993, he works as a teacher and research professor at different academic institutions and since 2009 he has presented lectures, seminars and conferences in related subject such as Cinema, Music and Communications. In 1999 he publishes a book dedicated to the composer of soundtracks for the universes created by George Lucas and Steven Spielberg in cinema. Over the Moon - La Música de John Williams para el Cine, book that has been recognized by the musician himself.
Creator, Producer and Host of the TV Show "Listening to the Cinema", premiered on Channel 13 on 2007 and aired in two seasons between 2007 and 2008. In 2012, a new season was run on CNN-Chile, sharing conduction with Chilean actress Catherine Mazoeyer.
Currently he produces and hosts FUNCIÓN PRIVADA, a radio show broadcasted by Radio Beethoven since 2001.
INVUNCHES it is his first full-length documentary feature as a Director.
