Daphne Schmon

Daphne is an American director and producer. She was born in New York City to a Canadian father and Greek mother. In 2009, Daphne graduated Wesleyan University with honors in Film. Daphne's feature directorial debut, "Children of the Wind" won 8 awards in the film festival circuit, including "Best Documentary" and "Best Emerging Filmmaker" at X-Dance. When not working in film, she is an avid windsurfer. She currently lives in London.
