An Icelandic Texan, Kristina grew up an Army brat and has lived in 12 places. She's an avid fan of Jeopardy and loves listening to Willie Nelson. Kristina loves to read and write. Her latest accomplishment is being a published book critic for "Forks over Knives," a New York Times bestseller.
