James Portnow

A game designer by trade, James Portnow is also the writer of the Extra Credits, Extra History, Extra Sci-Fi and Extra Mythology series. He is known for espousing the positive impact games can have and for working to make learning something that more people can enjoy. As part of that effort he created Extra History, Extra Sci-Fi and Extra Mythology to take the entertainment techniques we've learned from making games (and films) and use them to educate.
