Jim works as a civil engineer/cost engineer in Orange County, California. When in high school he met Tony Doublin. After graduating he collaborated with Tony in the story-boarding, miniature model construction, latex-injection models, acting, and advertising of the super 8 film, "Time Safari" which was an adaption of the Ray Bradbury short story, Sound of Thunder. The film was shown at Saddleback High School in 1972 and at that point Jim and Tony parted ways, staying in touch a few times over the next 33 years. Then in 2005, Jim came across Tony Doublin's credits in IMDB and reestablished contact. Tony invited Jim to act in a bit part on his horror film, Voodoo Dolly, and later a extra role for Jim and his wife Vicki in the filming of Slaughtered II (in post production). Jim continues working in civil engineering, waiting for a phone call from his old high school buddy, Tony. LOL
