Risa Beer

Beer is an award-winning documentary producer and director. She has directed, written and produced numerous films for major international broadcasters including The Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, The History Channel, Bio Channel, Crime and Investigation Channel, The Travel Channel, Channel News Asia, and Sony Pictures. She was born in Japan and is bilingual in Japanese and English. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Drama from Stanford University.
