Brittany Droddy

Hailing out of Southeast Texas, Brittany Droddy grew up surrounded by Latin and Cajun influences. For her, it was much of a struggle trying to find her place in the world being the shy, multi-racial girl with very humble beginnings. Early on, she found solace in writing. Winning local poetry and essay contests, Droddy was destined to be a writer. She was offered a book deal in the 5th grade for her writing efforts, but a year later, the deal fell through. As time passed, her ambitious ways led her to venturing into various fields including Legal, Public Relations, and Marketing. Ultimately though, she pursued a career in Psychology at Lamar University, but with a natural love for the film industry, she began secretly studying to become a director. She started working as a producer on her college campus T.V. show and then, began writing, directing, and editing short films. Eventually, her professors persuaded her into crossing over to the other side of the lens. The camera fell in love with her and she fell in love with it. It was a pivotal moment in her life...she had decided to become an actress. Fast forward a year, Droddy graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree, moved to Austin, Texas, landed a talent agent, and has been booking acting and modeling jobs ever since. She has lived and trained in New York City, Austin, and Houston.
