Ahmet Kenan Bilgic

Composer-Producer-Performer. Ahmet Kenan Bilgic was born on December 05, 1982, in Adiyaman, Turkey. He is also the guitarist and vocalist for the experimental fusion band Gevende. The band has released two studio albums, the soundtrack for the video game Monochroma and began arranging their new album in preparation for a release next year. He's been giving concerts with the band in many countries such as Norway, India, Brazil, Germany, Netherland, Iran, Denmark, Portugal, Greece, Pakistan, Nepal, Hungary... After composing sound and music for many short movies/animated films he won the best music Gold Tulip award at the 30th International Istanbul Film Festival as the composer of the feature film Atlikarinca. He composed music with Okan Kaya and Taner Yucel for several other feature films such as FerahFeza, Testesteron and Itirazim Var. He's also been working as an advertising and film music composer at Jinglehouse; Turkey's biggest and long-established music production company, for over ten years. He co-founded Turkey's first user generated online stock music platform bimuziklazim.com with Omer Ahunbay. He has already composed music and soundscape for Tolga Karacelik's upcoming movie Sarmasik (Ivy) "Sundance 2015 Official Selection" and Ali Altay's upcoming movie "Lemonade"
