Brigitte is an Australian director, screenwriter and freelance producer now residing in Norway, and working throughout Australasia, Europe and the USA on projects associated with international names such as Shoreline, Sony, TF1, Voltage, Anchor Bay, Odyssey Media Inc, Aristos and Cardinal XD.
Brigitte also partners with international production company Aristos Films as a Script Writer, Supervising Producer, Line Producer and Producer.
As Supervising Producer, Brigitte recently oversaw the Canadian/Australian co- production feature film Absolute Deception (2012), starring Academy Award winner Cuba Gooding Jnr, and Australian War Epic William Kelly's War, shot in Victoria and starring Tony Bonner. She is the co-writer of Drive Hard (2014), starring John Cusack and Thomas Jane and also Siren Song (2015), starring Thomas C Howell.
She is now writing/producing Wedding from Valhalla - a comedy film based on her own Norsk/Australian wedding - with Gavin Scott (Terry Jones' Absolutely Anything) and is the writer/producer of 2017 action/thriller Techforce Attack, to be shot in China with renowned Australian director Brian Trenchard Smith. The film is being made in conjunction with Yellow Mountain Studios and stars Luke Goss.
Brigitte understands and appreciates all aspects of film, from sales and finance to physical production, and uses this knowledge to run a tight budget and happy and dynamic set; or alternatively to write more creatively and financially viable scripts for the International market.
