Rebeca Ofek

Rebeca Ofek has been studying directing in the Deutsche Film und Fernsehakademie in Berlin (dffb) since 2010. In the course of her studies she has completed several short films some of which where produced for TV channels ("Solo"/12 Minutes/ Short fiction for ARTE, "Biester"/23 Minutes/Short fiction for RBB) and aired on Television as well as in film festivals world wide. (Cambridge Film Festival, Chicago's Children Film Festival, Berlin Interfilm Festival, Actung Berlin Film Festival, Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival, Beijing International Student Film Festival). Shortly before her studies she worked along side director Ziska Riemann as her second assistant director in her debut film "Lollipop Monster". Her first experience with film was as a video editor and camera woman for the satire TV show "Karzia" in 2005 for Israeli Television. Over the years she has directed several music videos for the like of German/French pop band Stereo Total. She studied video editing and compositing in "Jump Cut" post production school in Tel Aviv.
