Joy Willard (born December 10, 1984) is an American actress born in San Antonio, Texas. Joy started her acting career on the stage, performing in such notable productions and "Oklahoma" and "Guys and Dolls." From the stage, she turned to film - both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. Joy's talent has earned her roles internationally on stage and in film, including an extended stint in Spain. Joy had cameo roles in the films "The House of Dreams" (2006) as well as "The Messenger: 360 Days of Bolivar" (2009). At the premiere of both films, Joy hosted the interview sessions on the red carpet. Soon after, Joy landed a starring role in the award winning film "Project Aether" (2011), the role which garnered Joy the Critics Choice Award at Worldfest Houston International Film Festival 2011. She has since earned another leading role in the high octane thriller "The Legend of DarkHorse County." Joy owns her own film production company, P.O.P. (Power of Perspective) Entertainment Group, which provides workshops as well as being a hub for talent in the area.
