Giorgio Panetta

Giorgio Vincent Panetta was born in Englewood, NJ. He grew up skateboarding, fishing & running around the woods with his friends. He was an avid athlete playing football & track. As college rolled around he decided to major in Meteorlogy at the Univeristy of Albany in Upstate NY. At college he joined the The Quail St Boxing Club downtown where he learned the sweet science. Junior year rolls around & he needs to full fill his arts & humanities elective. He takes an acting class, and the path was exponentially shifted into the arts. He moved to NYC two years later after getting a weekend gig doing the weather for CBS2 News. During the week, he would taking acting classes in between modeling jobs & construction. He studied with Ann Ratray, Leonard Petit in the Chekov Tech, and eventually found his current coach/savage collaborator in The wonderful Robert McCaskill. He was then accepted & given an scholarship to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He flourished, was accepted to the company and hit the ground running by 2013. He got an agent, John Shea @ Frontier Booking International who has been a mentor & friend since day one. His Manager Ingrid French is another close ally in the business with great instincts & priceless guidance. Giorgio continues to work as the Chief Meteorologist/Senior Producer at CBS2 NY, mostly behind the scenes so he can build his craft & hone his art. He has just taken classes with renowned TV/Film coach Bob Krakower.
